don't want tons of microsoft visual c++ in programs and features

I've read that I can't just uninstall all these stupid (microsoft visual c++)s without braking something. Is there _ANY_ way to get them out of my programs and features list? or at lest someone at microsoft I can strangle until I can get them to make an update that moves this junk to the windows updates list.
