I'm completely new to Windows 7, having used old XP until last week. And I have problems finding stuff.
When I download and install new software, with their installation wizard, the installation process most often just ends without any error or other message. No icons are created. The software is not found in the start menu, nor under "All programs" nor under Program Files or Prgram files...
