Not sure where to post this but here goes. As of late i have developed an issue where quite a few programs will neither install or uninstall. The installer just hangs there. I have tracked it down to a windows service. After stopping and disabling event+com system i have no problems. Ill normally leave alone until i have any windows updates at which time i enable so as to download...
