Rundll keeps reporting missing Anaccess.dll

Hi, Been having this problem a while now on start-up keep getting rundll reporting it cannot find: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\AnciStea813\Anaccess.dll Checked hard-drive and there is a folder there with Anaccess.dll in it and that's all - not sure why its even there. I have checked registry and cannot find any instances of either the program folder or dll and nothing in task manager...
