My main problem is because I can't get it to import Matroska (.MKV) video format into layers.
I've never had this problem before... this only happened right after I had a fresh start because I had to replace my HDD because it was dying, I even took the liberty of upgrading from 32-bit to 64-bit.
But after I had installed Photoshop, I noticed that I was not able to import .MKV videos anymore,...
