I've been using MirrorFolder (5.0.270) for several years now to real-time mirror my D data drive onto the F drive.
Both are identical sizes (465 gigs in Windows Explorer).
Generally the freespace on both drives is the same or close, and I forget what the reason is for any difference, but no real big deal.
