Find files modified and then archive them

Hi All I`m trying to find how to search about 30 directories for modified files and then archive all those modified files but keeping the directories theyre in. I`ve tried doing a windows search on the parent folder for all the files modified. It finds them but trying right-click and 7-zip or winrar it ignores the directories and tries to archive them all in the same place. So for example...
