Memory Usage Report Over Time

Hi, Does anyone know of a way to monitor a remote computers memory usage over a period of time and it create a report on the usage. I have tried Remote Process Explorer - kill, run or change process priority on a local or remote computer (http://lizardsystems.com/remote-process-explorer/) which gives me a nice graph for a 5 minute period but it doesn't save that to any form of output, it's...
