"Web deployment agent service" is using port 80.

Hi Community, After i de-installed ampps (alternative to Xampp) and re installed it , i get a message that port 80 is being used by another application. I found out in "Windows task manager" that (NT Kernel & System) was the culprit. After googling further found that "Web deployment agent service" is using port 80.
