I had to replace system and data disks, that mean 2 physical disks. At the old sytems disk C: I had installed onedrive app, which has set folder for sync "!Photos" on 2nd drive with letter I:/. After replace 2nd disk disk it have letter D:/, however all data from old one I copied to new one.
Under that folder "!Photos" onedrive app created another subfolder "OneDrive" and all further folders and...
