I'm located in Estonia and Computer regional settings are set to Estonia, according to keyboard layout, currency and etc.
Now I'm trying to install MS security essentials in English, because computer's first user is not Estonian.
But even when I download MS Security essentials 13MB file form MS US site in English, installation dialog starts in Estonian. There is no language selection options. ...
