Looking for software similar to "Timeout" (logon time limits)

Hi there. I am looking for some software to impose time limit restriction for logons (with more flexibility than the built in parental controls) and also time limits for running programs (e.g. 2 hours for program X, an hour for program Y, no limit for program Z, etc). It would be nice if it has remote management through a web interface, but that is not essential. I was wondering if anyone...
