Hi, I'm still having constant problems with Dragon Naturally Speaking Home Edition 12.5 trying to save the user file as it keeps displaying "Error file exists".
So I went into Knowbrainer forum where they gave me the advice below, but no idea what to do next when in Folder Options View as it's already set to show hidden files and folders so don't where to find the contents and delete them ?...
