Bluray playback

I just got my first Bluray drive and inserted a disc. I also downloaded Make MKV and burned it to my HDD. MakeMKV - Make MKV from Blu-ray and DVD (http://makemkv.com/) The disc would not play, so I downloaded Arcsoft TotalMedia 6. The disc opens and a keypad shows up ( says mouse not applicable), but there doesn't seem to be a way to play the main movie. I have found that I can use...
