Questions on Installing 7-zip.

Hi, I would like to be able to download Perl modules on my Windows 7 system and to that end I downloaded 7-zip. Once I had downloaded 7-zip, I right clicked on the Perl module in Perl64\lib and saw that 7-zip was presented as an option. I selected the "unzip here" option and found that IO::Tee-0.64.tar.gz was unzipped into a IO::Tee-0.64.tar file. It is my understanding that I need to code ...
