When I open these two programs the screen goes black and freezes up, I have to use the control, alt, delete to go back to that screen then logoff, then login again. The programs are: Peerblock and TCPview. It worked in the beginning when I downloaded the programs, now it worked only a couple of times, now only a black screen. Can a computer that is hacked, be the cause or is it the program?
