My daughter-in-law wanted to retrier her old phone. She wanted to get the pictures off of it before she turned it over to the kids. She hooked it up to my computer and performed that task. Now we have the pictures for keepsake. But now there is an icon down in my lower right bar with an emblem there that I can't get rid of. If I right click on it, it gives me two options.
