Use Narrator As A General Text To Speech For Word Pronunciation

Hi, Can I use Windows 7 Narrator to speak highlighted words in my web browser ? at present I rely on a firefox plug-in called FoxVox but prefer Microsoft Anna's voice, It's really improved since Microsoft Sam. Is it possible to access it quickly in order to pronounce highlighted words in a web browser ? I know I can copy or type a word to be read aloud in the Speech Properties (Text to Speech)...
